Gustavo Villatoro is a Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Framingham. Brian Harvey owns Harvey Home Modifications, a Natick-based construction company specializing in accessibility. For the past 5 years they have worked together to assist clients with the complex task of downsizing to more manageable, physically accessible, homes.
Together they provide a one-stop-shop for the various real estate and construction services required to downsize. Those services include repairing and selling one's existing home and facilitating the purchase and accessible remodel of a new property.
Additionally, the two often purchase and renovate homes to prepare for resale. The renovations are made using "Universal Design" techniques, meaning they will serve homeowners with any level of physical or cognitive capability, including complete wheelchair access throughout.
